Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

Send your request to info@trine.pro with the subject line VidX Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• your full name and organization name
• the phone number or account identifier associated with the request
• the nature of your relationship to the data, such as authorized user, client representative, or recipient
• a short description of the data or records you want deleted
• any supporting details that help us identify the relevant records

Verification and processing

We may need to verify the identity and authority of the requester before taking action. If the requested data was submitted or controlled by a VidX client organization, we may coordinate the request with that client before deletion is completed.

What may be deleted

Subject to legal, contractual, security, audit, and operational requirements, TEPL may delete applicable uploaded content, generated outputs, logs, contact records, or related operational data associated with the request.

Retention limitations

Some information may need to be retained where required for license administration, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate internal recordkeeping.

Response timeline

We will review deletion requests within a reasonable period and may contact you if additional information is required to identify or process the request.
