Privacy Policy

VidX is a private, licensed software platform owned and operated by Trine Engineering Private Limited ("TEPL", "we", "us", or "our"). VidX is made available only to authorized clients, operators, and internal users approved by TEPL. It is not offered for public self-service consumer use.

What VidX processes

VidX may process:

  • user and client contact details
  • uploaded media files, voice samples, and templates
  • recipient names and phone numbers
  • generated audio, video, message, and preview outputs
  • operational logs, delivery status information, diagnostics, and license usage records

How we use data

We use data processed through VidX to:

  • generate personalized audio, video, and message content
  • send communications through connected third-party providers such as messaging, telephony, or media-processing services
  • operate, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve VidX
  • manage licenses, limits, and service operations
  • comply with legal and contractual obligations

Client and user responsibility

Users and client organizations are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, permissions, authorizations, and lawful basis to upload and use recipient data, media, voice samples, and related content in VidX.

Recipient data is processed by users and clients under their responsibility. TEPL processes such data only to the extent required to provide and support the VidX platform.

Third-party services

VidX may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, media processing, text-to-speech, lip-sync, messaging, telephony, or related infrastructure. Data required for these functions may be shared with such providers strictly for service delivery and support.

Storage and retention

VidX may temporarily or persistently store uploaded content, generated outputs, logs, and usage records on systems controlled by TEPL or its infrastructure providers. We retain such data for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, troubleshooting, audit, license enforcement, and legal or operational needs.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through VidX. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Policy updates

TEPL may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will apply from the effective date shown above.
