VidX

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 6, 2026

VidX is a private, licensed software platform owned and operated by Trine Engineering Private Limited ("TEPL", "we", "us", or "our"). It is made available only to authorized clients, operators, and internal users approved by TEPL, and is not offered for public self-service consumer use.

License and ownership

VidX and all related software, workflows, branding, interface elements, and processing logic remain the exclusive property of TEPL. Use of VidX is permitted only under a valid license or other written authorization granted by TEPL. No ownership rights are transferred to the user or client.

Permitted use

Authorized users may use VidX only for lawful internal business, campaign, outreach, or client communication purposes approved by TEPL.

Users must not:

  • use VidX for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity
  • use VidX in violation of privacy, telecom, election, campaign, advertising, or platform rules
  • reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute VidX without written permission
  • bypass license controls, quotas, or technical protections
  • upload or process data without proper rights, permissions, or legal basis

User content and responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for all uploaded media, scripts, voice samples, recipient data, subtitles, templates, and generated communication workflows. Users represent that they have all necessary rights and lawful authority to use such content and data.

Recipient data is uploaded and processed by users and clients under their own responsibility. TEPL provides the software platform but does not assume responsibility for the legality, accuracy, consent status, or authorization basis of client-supplied recipient data.

Third-party services

VidX may depend on third-party providers for hosting, storage, text-to-speech, lip-sync, messaging, telephony, cloud, or API services. TEPL does not guarantee the availability, continuity, pricing, or long-term behavior of third-party services.

Service availability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VidX is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. TEPL may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, integrations, or access at any time.

Compliance and liability

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of VidX complies with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and consent requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEPL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of VidX. TEPL's total liability in relation to VidX shall not exceed the amount actually paid to TEPL for the relevant licensed use, unless otherwise required by law.

Termination

TEPL may suspend or terminate access to VidX if license terms are breached, fees remain unpaid, the service is used unlawfully or improperly, or continued access creates legal, technical, reputational, or commercial risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
